We are now hiring one full-time Service Desk Analyst to join our dedicated team in the Hobart area.
Working closely within our Professional Service department, the Service Desk Analyst is responsible for handling incoming service requests, providing first contact resolutions where possible, managing customer communications for high priority incidents, and demonstrating proactive ownership over service tickets in their queue.
