Reconciliation Action Plan
Our journey toward respect, recognition, and action
As part of our commitment to reconciliation, Intuit Technologies is developing our first Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP). This marks an important step forward in building a more inclusive workplace and industry, where Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, cultures, and voices are respected, recognised, and meaningfully represented.
Why It Matters to Us
Reconciliation is not a tick-box or a calendar event. It’s about respect, reflection, and responsibility. At Intuit Technologies, we believe we have a role to play in creating a future grounded in understanding and equity, through our actions, our partnerships, and our culture.
We know that reconciliation starts with listening. That means taking time to understand the past, acknowledging the truths that shaped our country, and working toward a future where those stories are honoured, not ignored.
Our RAP in Progress
We are currently in the process of finalising our first Reflect RAP. This stage allows us to build internal awareness, strengthen our foundations, and ensure our commitment is practical, visible, and enduring.
What we’ve done so far:
- Formed a RAP Working Group across multiple roles and regions
- Hosted internal conversations around culture, inclusion, and lived experience
- Participated in Reconciliation Week and truth-telling sessions
- Shared stories that bring meaning and context to this work
What comes next:
- Final Reflect RAP endorsement and internal rollout
- Launch of awareness and cultural capability initiatives
- Continued consultation and planning for our next RAP phase
Personal Reflections from Our Team
Reconciliation has personal meaning for many at Intuit Technologies. Earlier this year, our Head of Advisory, Heath Roberts, shared his story with the team. It was a powerful reflection on truth, disconnection, and cultural resilience.
Reconciliation is not just about symbolic gestures. It’s about real, meaningful action. It’s about listening, learning, and creating space for truth-telling.

Reconciliation in Practice
We are embedding reconciliation into the way we work, from the services we provide, to the people we partner with, to the conversations we choose to have.
This includes:
- Engaging Indigenous suppliers and local businesses
- Supporting cultural awareness through staff-led initiatives
- Participating in National Reconciliation Week and NAIDOC Week
- Including reconciliation and inclusion goals within our People & Culture strategy
We know there’s still a long way to go. But we’re committed to doing the work.
